Please read these terms carefully before using our platform — they define your rights and responsibilities.
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services related to the tkk11 platform and website tkk11.lat. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between tkk11 and the user of the platform ("Member").
By accessing our website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.
1. Membership & Eligibility Requirements
1.1 Age Requirement
To become a member of tkk11 and use any of its services, you must be at least 21 years old. Only those aged 21 or above may create an account on this platform. We may request necessary information or documents at any time for age verification purposes.
If it is proven that a minor is using an account, that account will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited.
1.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account on tkk11. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and pending winnings will be considered void.
Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method will also be considered a violation of this policy.
1.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of account creation must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure. If your information changes, it is the Member's responsibility to update it as soon as possible.
2. Account Security
2.1 Password & Login Details
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone is prohibited. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
If you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach, notify our support team immediately. tkk11 uses SSL encryption to protect accounts, however the Member is responsible for the security of their own device.
2.2 Account Verification (KYC)
tkk11 may initiate an identity verification process at any time. As part of this process, the Member may be asked to submit a copy of their national ID or passport, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used.
Failure to provide the required verification documents may delay or cancel the withdrawal process.
3. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently available on tkk11:

- Bank Transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks)
Transactions using a third party's account or another person's payment method are strictly prohibited. Members must use a payment method registered in their own name.
3.2 Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

Withdrawal processing typically takes 5 to 30 minutes. However, this time may increase during verification processes or under unusual circumstances.
3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy
tkk11 follows a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. In the case of suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend an account and conduct an investigation. Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn directly without placing bets.
4. Bonus & Promotional Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at tkk11 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000
The bonus applies only once, on the first deposit. Attempting to claim the bonus from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. If the wagering period expires, any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
If betting strategies intended to abuse bonuses are detected (such as loss-covering bets, rapid wagering strategies, etc.), tkk11 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
5. Gaming & Betting Rules
5.1 General Gaming Policy
All games on tkk11 are operated through a fair Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Results are entirely independent and do not depend on previous outcomes. tkk11 does not control or alter game results.
5.2 Technical Issues
If an internet disconnection, server issue, or any other technical error occurs during a game, the server's record will be considered final in determining the outcome of that round. tkk11's decision is final in resolving disputes arising from technical issues.
5.3 Sports Betting
In sports betting, the outcome of a bet depends on the official result of the relevant event. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with tkk11's betting rules. tkk11 takes no responsibility for any referee's decision or the decision of a competition authority.
6. VIP Program & Cashback
6.1 VIP Tiers
tkk11's VIP program has 4 tiers and offers weekly cashback benefits:

6.2 Cashback Terms
Weekly cashback is calculated at the end of each week and credited to the Member's account. Cashback is received directly as balance and there is no separate wagering requirement to use it (unless tkk11 provides a different notice). 7. Responsible Gaming Policy
7.1 Self-Restriction Features
tkk11 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Members may apply the following restrictions to protect themselves:
- Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
- Self-exclusion for a specified period
- Temporary account pause
- Set betting time limits

8. Prohibited Activities
8.1 Strictly Prohibited
The following activities are strictly prohibited on tkk11:
- Any form of fraud or deceptive activity
- Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors
- Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
- Using a third party's payment method
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems
- Harassing or attempting to harm other Members
- Using the platform for money laundering

10. Limitation of Liability

- Technical issues with the Member's device
- Failure of third-party services
- Losses during unexpected system maintenance periods
- Financial losses resulting from the Member's own decisions
10.2 Service Changes & Discontinuation
tkk11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any game, feature, or service at any time without notice. No guarantee is given for the continuous availability of any specific game or service.
11. Dispute Resolution

12. Account Closure & Termination
12.1 Closure by Member
Any member may request to close their account at any time. Available balance should be withdrawn before making the request, as any pending bonuses will be cancelled once the account is closed.
12.2 Closure by tkk11
tkk11 reserves the right to immediately close any member's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of terms and conditions
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Providing false information regarding age or identity
- Using the platform from a restricted region
- Account inactive for an extended period of time
13. Miscellaneous Provisions
13.1 Severability of Terms
Even if any one provision of these terms and conditions becomes legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. The closest valid provision will apply in place of the unenforceable one.
13.2 Language & Interpretation
These terms and conditions are written in Bengali. If any difference is found between versions in different languages, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative. tkk11's decision is final in any interpretation of the terms.
